Tonya Larson leads a really, really fun circuit workout alternating step aerobics and strength segments. If you liked Tonya's Step Pump, you'll love this one. In fact, it's a new personal favorite! The step choreography is more advanced but not dancy, and Tonya's cueing is absolutely superb. The strength segments work your whole body, and Tonya presents some unusual and, of course, fun exercises.
