Would you like some hip hop with your step? Here you go! Izett Barnett brings his originality to DVD with three step workouts. Izett calls the first one Beginner, but you will want to have prior step experience. It is the introduction to Xtreme Stepping and is 26 minutes. It gives you a great introduction to the base moves and gets you sweating as well. Intermediate Xtreme Step is next, and is 46 minutes. You start off with the Beginner workout, and Izett adds another 20 minutes of even more complex choreography. Finally, there is the full-blown workout, Xtreme, clocking in at 63 minutes. This one incorporates both the Beginner and Intermediate workouts, and the final portion is some of the most dazzling choreography you've ever seen. Fear not . . . Izett also includes an instructional segment where he shows the moves in slow motion, so you can practice. You'll learn tantalizing moves like Chili Sauce, Backspace, Bust A Move, West Coast, and lots more. My advice to you for the really complex moves in the third workout is to simply practice them one at a time until you have them down. Don't even worry about performing the entire routine the first several times through. Practice is truly the key here.
